SECURE NOZZLE TO CYLINDER HEAD
REMOVAL
WITH  LOCK  WASHERS  AND  CAP
STEP 1.
LOOSEN FUEL INJECTION LINE NUT AND
SCREWS.
DISCONNECT THE FUEL LINE FROM
INJECTION NOZZLE.  DO NOT REMOVE
CAUTION
NUT AND FERRULE FROM FUEL LINE.
TIGHTEN CAP SCREWS EVENLY TO
STEP 2.
DISCONNECT AND TAG FUEL LEAKOFF
ENSURE PROPER ALIGNMENT. USE
LINES FROM EACH INJECTION NOZZLE.

TORQUE
WRENCH
AND
PROGRESSIVELY
TIGHTEN
CAP
STEP 3.
REMOVE  CAP  SCREWS  AND  LOCK
SCREWS TO 25-30 FOOT-POUNDS
WASHERS
AND
REMOVE
FUEL
TO OBTAIN EQUAL TENSION ON
INJECTION NOZZLE FROM CYLINDER
BOTH SIDES OF FLANGE.
HEAD.
TAG  THE  NOZZLE  FOR
INSTALLATION REFERENCE.
STEP 2.
INSTALL  LEAKOFF  LINES  TO  EACH
INJECTION NOZZLE AND REMOVE TAG.
INSTALLATION
STEP 3.
INSTALL  FUEL  LINE  ON
INJECTION
STEP 1.
INSTALL FUEL INJECTION NOZZLE IN
NOZZLE AND TIGHTEN NUT.
SAME POSITION AS REMOVED FROM
CYLINDER  HEAD.  REMOVE TAG AND
