Remove from unit.
1. Motor
Remove 4 each.
2. Nuts (1)
See Figure 5-8.
Mark them.
So they can be correctly positioned during assembly.
3. End bells (3) and (7)
Remove.
4. Thru bolts (2)
Remove by prying loose with
5. End bell (3)
thin tool.
Remove.
6. Wavy washer (4)
Remove.
7. Rotor assembly (5)
Remove.
8. Baffle (6)
Remove by prying loose with
9. End bell (7)
thin tool.
Remove.
10. Shim (8)
Remove from rotor assembly
11. Bearings (9)
with bearing puller.
Fan will be damaged if attempt is made to remove it.
NOTE

Fan is not removable.
Remove.
