Position control lever (10) and spring (12) over
slot In control tube (4).

Install control lever (10) with screw (8) and new
locknut (9).
5.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for other control lever.
6.
Position spring (12) and control lever (10) over
slot In control tube (4).
7.
Install control lever (10) with screw (8) and new
locknut (9).
8.
Install spring (17) and bracket (11).
9.
Install spring (15), bracket (14), and spacer (13)
on control tube (4).
10.
Install clevis (6) on control tube (4) with new pin
(16).
