Replace. (figure 4-7)
(1) Remove four bolts (1), lockwashers (2), and washers (3) that secure clutch panel (4).
(2) Remove clutch panel (4).
(3) Install clutch panel (4) on frame (5) and secure with four washers (3), lockwashers (2), and bolts (1).
