Step 1. Check mounting hardware.
Tighten loose hardware.
Step 2. Check load.
Reduce load if too high.
Step 3. Check engine oil.
Add oil if low.
10. COMPRESSOR NOISY.
Step 1. Check oil level.
Add oil if low.
Step 2. Inspect drive belts.
Notify unit maintenance if belts are worn.
Step 3. Check mounting hardware.
Tighten hardware if loose.
11. COMPRESSOR RUNS EXCESSIVELY HOT.
Step 1. Check ambient temperature.
Move compressor to cooler area.
Step 2. Check cooling fan and fins.
Move obstructions from around fan and clean fins.
Step 3.
Check intercooler.
Clean off fins or intercooler.
