4-9. Troubleshooting
When troubleshooting, it is important to note that the compressor is part of a pneumatic system, which includes
the air compressor and motor, the electrical system, and the associated air processing equipment.
4-10. Trouble Analysis
Careful analysis of the precise nature 6f the problem will usually permit the fault to be associated with a particular
function or item of equipment within the system. The troubleshooting chart (table 4-1) provides a list of probable causes
and remedies to aid in further isolation of the fault.
