WARNING
Dry cleaning solvent PD-680 used to clean parts is potentially dangerous to personnel and
property. Avoid repeated and prolonged skin contact. Do not use near open flame or
excessive heat. Flash point of solvent is 100-138°F (38-600C).
(1) Clean radiator (1) with dry cleaning solvent and dry thoroughly.
(2) Inspect radiator (1) and repair by brazing cracks or replace an excessively damaged radiator.
(3) Inspect cap (2) and replace if worn or otherwise damaged.
(4) Inspect pet cock (3) and replace if damaged.
