(1) Remove four screws (1), cover (2), and gasket (3).
(2) Tag and disconnect motor wiring.
(3) Remove two bolts (4) and remove conduit box (5) and gasket (6).
(4) Remove four nuts (7), four lockwashers (8), four flatwashers (9), and four bolts (10).
(5) Remove motor (11).
