*Pull coil resistance is difficult to check, but will normally read an open circuit if defective.
NOTE
Ensure that the solenoid body has a proper ground before discarding.

Reassemble solenoid on engine, but do not reconnect the black to #2 white.
6.
Ground the black wire directly to the solenoid mount frame and attempt restart. If this procedure works,
ground the instrument panel to the frame.
NOTE
Do not energize the coil when body is off the condensate valve body. Damage to coil will occur.
b.
Condensate Drain Coil.
1.
Remove condensate drain coil by loosening the nut on the top and disconnecting the electrical connection.
