Materials/Parts:
• Engine off.
• One oil separator filter element
• Access door assembly open.
• System pressure relieved.

a. REMOVAL
1.
Disconnect oil line (1) from check valve (2).
2.
Disconnect discharge air tube (8) from elbow (7).
3.
Loosen other end of discharge air tube (8) at manifold.
4.
Remove 8 screws (3) and access cover (4) from oil separator (5).
5.
Remove oil separator filter element (6) from oil separator (5). Discard oil separator filter element.
