1. ENGINE MALFUNCTIONS
Refer to TM 5-2805-203-14 for troubleshooting procedures.
2. COMPRESSOR OVERHEATS
Step 1. Inspect belt tension by pressing on the belts midway between engine pulley and compressor flywheel. If depression is
more than one half inch (1.27 cm), adjust the belt set as follows:
a. Stop engine, and release the air from the compressor by opening the draincock.
b. Remove nut (fig. 4-6), lockwasher, washer and screw, remove bracket.
