Screw four studs (35) into upper part of crankcase.
d. Slip O-ring (19) onto cylinder (16).
e. Place cylinder (16) with floating piston (20) on upper part of the crankcase with a cylinder head bolt hole in
the 12 o'clock position. Place washers (18) on the studs (35).
f.
Attach cylinder (16) with four hex nuts (17). Tighten nuts to a torque of 18 lb-ft.

b. Screw four studs (35) into upper part of crankcase.

Slip O-ring (19) into oil cylinder track of cylinder (13).
d. Press four piston rings (11) into piston-ring slots of the piston (9).
e. Slide cylinder (13) carefully over piston (9) and place cylinder on upper part of crankcase.
f.
Place washers (15) on the studs (35), attach cylinder (13) with four hex nuts (14). Tighten to a torque of 18
lb-ft.
