R e m o v e    u p p e r    h a l f    o f    g u a r d . 9 U n s c r e w    f a s t e n e r s    ( b o l t s , 3   t   o   6 w a s h e r s    a n d    n u t s )    w h i ch s e c u r e    t h e    l o w e r    h a l f    o f t h e     b e l t     g u a r d     t o     t h e     a ir r e c e i v e r    t a n k    p l a t f o r m . R e m o v e    l o w e r    h a l f    o f    g u a r d . L o o s e n    t h e    f o u r ( 4 )    e n g i n e m o u n t i n g     b o l t s . S l i d e    e n g i n e    t o w a r d s    t h e c o m p r e s s o r . R e m o v e    t w o    ( 2 )    b e l t s . Remove    capscrews    and w a s h e r s     s e c u r i n g     i n n er “ h u b    t o    p u l l e y    ( s h e a v e ) . R e i n s t a l l     c a p s c r e w s     i n to t h r e a d e d     h o l e s     i n     f r o nt s i d e    o f    p u l l e y . s l o w l y t i g h t e n     t h e     c a p s c r e ws u n t i l    t h e    i n n e r    h u b    is p u s h e d    o u t    f r o m    t h e    p u l l ey ( s h e a v e ) . Remove   pulley   and   inner hub . Remove   key   from   stub s h a f t     k e y w a y . Unscrew   the   8   capscrews s e c u r i n g    t h e    s h i e l d    to t h e     e n g i n e     b e l l h o u s i n g. Remove    shield. Unscrew   the   4   capscrews a n d    w a s h e r s    s e c u r i n g    t he s t u b     s h a f t     t o     t h e     e n g i ne f l y w h e e l .
