Replace. (figure 4-12) (1) Remove retainer (1) and remove screen (2). (2) Remove two screws (3) and lockwashers (4) and remove pipe support (5), cover (6), and gasket (7). (3) Remove two screws (8) and lockwashers (9) and remove pipe (10) and gasket (11). (4) Ensure all gasket surfaces are clean and old gasket material is removed. (5) Install pipe (10) and gasket (11) and secure with two crews (8) and lockwashers (9). Torque screws to 13-17 Ib-ft (18-23 Nm). (6) Install cover (6), gasket (7), and pipe support (5) and secure with two screws (3) and lockwashers (4). Torque screws to 13-17 Ib-ft (18-23 Nm). (7) Install screen (2) and secure with retainer (1). 4-32
