Install stud (16) and seat (15).

Install plate (14), spring (13), receiver (12) and nut (11).

Secure with nut (10).
(4)
Install receiver (9) and spring (8).
(5)
Install plate (7), seat (6), guide (5), and spring (4).
(6)
Install fork (3) and secure with nut (2) and cotter pin (1). Repeat for other two cylinder heads.
