(Refer to Figure 4-23).NOTEHandle grips can only be removed by cutting themfrom chassis. Do not remove them unless they areto be replaced.(1) Remove two handle grips (1) from chassis (2).(2) Remove two cotter pins (3), two tire / wheel assemblies (4), and two spacers (5). Discard cotter pins.(3) Remove two screws (6), two lock washers (7), and two vibration mounts (8) from chassis (2).b.Inspection.(1) Inspect all metal parts for cracks and dents.(2) Check vibration mounts for excessive wear.(3) Check that wheel bearings operate smoothly.c.Repair. Repair is limited to replacement of parts found defective during inspection.d.Installation.
