Remove camshaft.

Remove rocker arm assembly and pushrods. (See para 6-6.)

Move cam followers off camshaft lobes using magnetic tape lifting tools (Figure 6-43, 1) if available.
NOTE
Cam followers can be moved off lobes by turning engine up-side down if
lifting tools are not available.
