Connect test leads between all pairs of motor leads:
(1) T1 and T2.
(2) T1 and T3.
(3) T2 and T3.

Multimeter readings should be zero or near zero for each step. If meter reading is infinity (X), windings are open.
Notify direct support.
Short Circuit Test
SHORT CIRCUIT TEST.
a.
Disconnect main power and turn compressor switch OFF.
b.
Tag and disconnect motor leads (T1, T2, T3).
c.
Set multimeter to OHMS x 1000 scale.
d.
Connect test leads between motor lead and frame:
(1)
T1 and motor frame.
(2)
T2 and motor frame.
(3)
T3 and motor frame.
e.
Multimeter readings should read infinity (X) for each step. If meter reading is zero, windings are short circuited.
Notify direct support.
