Install sleeve bearing (6) and bearing cap (5) to
connecting rod (7) with two bolts (9) and nuts
(4). Do not tighten nuts.
10.
Rotate engine crankcase (3) to upright position.
NOTE
Perform steps 11 through 13 for
each of six cylinder sleeves.
Rotate crankshaft, If necessary,
to allow clearance for tool.
11.
Mark cylinder sleeve (1) and engine crankcase
(3).
12.
Using cylinder sleeve removal tool, remove
cylinder sleeve (1).
13.
Tag cylinder sleeve (1).
