Remove Pneumatic tire Wheels, Vehicular pneumatic tire (2) by removing plain wheels and Wheel Hubs, and hexagon nuts (1). Remove grease cap vehicular wheel Bearings plug (3) and grease cap (4). Bend key hubs make noise; washer (6) tab away from castellated nut bearings worn or (5). Remove castellated nut (5), key damaged. washer (6), flat washer (7), bearing cone (8). Remove vehicular wheel hub (9), grease seal (10), and bearing cone (11). Inspect bearing cone (8), bearing cone (11), bearing cup (12), and bearing cup (13). If damage is found, replace bearing cups and bearing cones as necessary. Repack with grease (Appendix E, item 4). Reinstall (para. 4-34). 4-7
