REPAIR
NOTE
Disassembly of lower crankcase can be done with the upper crankcase assembled or disassembled.
Usually, the upper and lower crankcase are disassembled at the same time. The only exception would be
for crankshaft, camshaft bearing, or oil pump failure.

Disassembly (disregard, if not needed).
1.
Remove the four allen head bolts (2) from the oil pump timing belt cover (1) (figure 5-3).
2.
Remove timing belt adjusting pulley (7) and the crankshaft pulley (3). Remove oil pump belt (14).
