Section VII. CHAIN SAW
161. Description
The chain saw (fig. 69) is driven by a rotary vane-type air motor which is designed so that a governor is not required.
The tension of the chain is adjusted by means of the idler handle which is turned to the left to loosen, and to the right to
tighten, the chain. When not in use, the chain saw is stored in the front tool box.
