7.
Remove two bearing lockscrews (15) from each
of two camshafts (6 and 8).
NOTE
Nut previously removed from camshafts can be used to turn gears for access to bearing screws.
8.
Remove rag from between left camshaft gear (4)
and right camshaft gear (5).
9.
Install nut (7), previously removed, on rear end
of camshaft (8).
10.
Remove three screws (16) and lockwashers (17)
from two rear camshaft bearings (18). Discard
lockwashers.
11.
Remove nut (7).
