DISASSEMBLY
NOTE
Left and right camshaft gears, camshafts, and bearings are disassembled same way.
Left camshaft and gear Is shown. Repeat steps 1 through 4 for right camshaft and gear.
1.
Remove left camshaft gear (4) from camshaft (8).
2.
Remove woodruff key (25) from camshaft (8).
3.
Remove two thrust washers (26) and bearing (18) from camshaft (8).

Tag, mark, and remove four lockrings (27) and two
bearing sets (28) from camshaft (8).
